1. Service Completion and Satisfaction
Our goal is to ensure your doorbell camera installation or troubleshooting is done right. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the completed service, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
If the service was not completed as agreed or was defective.
If the service was canceled due to an error on our part or because we were unable to fulfill the service request.
If a technical issue occurs that makes it impossible to use the installed doorbell camera, and we are unable to fix it.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Customer dissatisfaction due to personal preferences or change of mind after the service has been completed.
Damages caused by third-party equipment, environmental conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Services that were delivered on time, but the customer was unavailable to allow installation or troubleshooting.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at help@doorbellassist.com or call us at (662) 703-6188 within 7 days from the date of service. You will need to provide your service details, including the date of the service and a description of the issue.
4. Refund Process
Once a refund request is received, we will review it and determine eligibility based on the circumstances of the service provided. If your request meets our criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process.
5. Cancellation of Service
If you wish to cancel a scheduled service before it’s performed, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Service Modifications
If a refund request is not granted, you may be eligible for a service modification or rework. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include rescheduling or sending a technician to address any issues that arise post-service.
7. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases where our service has been completed properly, and all terms have been met.
